Payment, Deposit & Pre-Authorisation:
Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorisation of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorisation on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause guests.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorised amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Double or Twin Room. Room with Egyptian cotton sheets, teacoffee making facilities, a TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. Please state at the time of booking if you prefer a double or a twin room. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. ;
Executive Double Room. Executive Double Room Air-conditioned rooms with Egyptian cotton sheets, teacoffee making facilities, TV with satellite channels, a seating area, Jacuzzi bath (on request) power shower and free WiFi. These rooms are located at the back of the hotel and some walking is required. These rooms do not have a view. ;
Triple Room. This room features satellite TV and an en suite bathroom with free toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities are included. ;
Double Room for Single Occupancy. Single room with Egyptian cotton sheets, teacoffee making facilities, a TV with satellite channels and free WiFi. ;
Superior Double Room. This room has Egyptian cotton sheets, teacoffee making facilities, a TV with satellite channels, Jacuzzi bath and free WiFi. ;
Double Room. Featuring free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. The double room features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box as well as a quiet street view. The unit has 1 bed. ;
